Brand Manager – ATOM

Overall Job Purpose: The position ensures profitability by enhancing brand visibility acquired through brand management & marketing activities.

Duties and Responsibilities
Leading the strategic planning process for the assigned brands based on key consumer insights to enhance current portfolio and improve communication with consumers.
Initiating and implementing marketing activities for the assigned brand to enhance visibility and client acceptability, leading to increased revenue.
Monitoring and analyzing brand performance (consumer diagnostics, profitability, etc.) against competition, and presenting the performance to management.
Design & Implement the marketing plans by working with internal and external suppliers to deliver in a timely manner and on budget.
Work with designers to produce materials of visual impact & within brand guidelines

Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Communications Management, PR or related field
A minimum of three (3) years experience in Marketing
Project Management Skills
Have an understanding of change and communications management principles and methodologies

Disposition
Maturity and ability to engage at all levels of the organization
Exceptional persuasion and communication skills
Strong analytic and decision-making abilities
Must be a team player and able to work with and through others
