The Role
The HR Support Services Officer will provide operations support within the HR&OD team to deliver end to end HR transactional services to the RESA RO. S/he will coordinate delivery of HR Services for recruitment, on-boarding and orientation, benefits administration and contract management in line with set HR policy, procedures and practices, support implementation of HR projects and will act as the key HRIS system administrator. S/he will work under the general direction of the Regional HR&OD Business Partner to support overall delivery effectiveness of the HR&OD function.

The Person
Should have relevant degree with HRM professional qualifications and experience in delivering HR services, have knowledge of employee resourcing, employment law, contracting, compensations and benefits administration, Workforce management, Employee relations, Risk management, HRIS management. s/he should have excellent business communications, analytical, negotiation, counseling and problem solving skills.

Location: The post holder will be based in the Regional Office in Nairobi, Kenya

Contract Period: Fixed Term 3 years; renewable
