Sales Executives – Clarkson Insurance Brokers Ltd

(2 for Nairobi, 2 for Mombasa,2 for Kisumu and 2 for Malindi).

Key Performance Areas
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
Participate in Public Relations aspects of the organization
Participate in client relationships and portfolio profitability
Preparing own monthly, quarterly and annual marketing reports
Participating in company promotional activities to showcase company products as well as profile the organization favorably in the market;
Participate in preparation and timely publication of the company’s marketing materials

Education and experience:
Bachelors degree in Marketing,
Certificate of proficiency in Insurance,
Diploma in Marketing,
3 year’s relevant experience.
Those with Diploma in Insurance will have an added advantage.

Excellent sales prospecting, marketing and relationship building skills
Excellent customer service skills,
Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing person,
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills,
Passionate about driving the business to implement targets,
Good organization skills,
Knowledge of the insurance market and operations.
