Sales Manager – Corporate Staffing Services – Nairobi

Our client offers construction services on a wide variety of projects; covering areas of Design and Build, Project Finance, as well as the conventional building and infrastructure contracts.

Our Client also prides itself on meeting modern-day construction challenges and ensuring the successful completion of simple to complex projects well within client expectations, timeframes and agreed budgets.

They are looking for a Sales Manager – Interior Design to drive sales of the company.

Minimum Qualification
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
Master of Business Administration would be an added advantage
At least 2 years sales experience in the interior design industry
Must have already existing list of clients
Strong oral / written communication skills
Good contacts with labor and statutory agencies and industry HR professionals
Basic computing and filing skills
MUST have a valid Driving License.

Key Responsibilities
Participates in the creation and implementation of the sales business plan.
Proactively identifies prospects, qualifying them, introducing them to the organization and determining their requirements, through cold and warm calls, direct sales, networking to create and maintaining referral agents, social media and other channels.
Conducts on-site and off-site meetings with sales leads and potential customers, and provide assistance/consultancy in closing the deal.
Acquires key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in more detail with clients.
Achieves then exceeds targets and objectives mutually agreed upon
Initiates, prepares and negotiates proposals with customers for products and services.
Monitors established contacts to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develops potential customer lists to identify new sales opportunities using available information and through market research.
Develops and supervise preparation of sales materials.
Liaises with operations department regarding execution and logistics of won projects.
Arranges final handover and sign off of projects
Arranges to get and analyze feedback from customers
