Fahari Realtors is offering an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter possessing strong sales skills, business acumen and leadership potential to join the team as a Sales and Marketing Assistant.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in real estate, marketing or any related field.
Masters Degree is an added advantage
At least 2 years experience in Real Estate Skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Computer literacy is compulsory
Consistent, organized and team work oriented
Seamless time management skills, natural ability to multi-task and confidence to build relationships with customers

Responsibilities
Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships to ensure high level of client satisfaction
Researching and analyzing market trends as regards new initiatives, market value, promotions and new listings
Maintaining the existing customer portfolio to realize revenue
Contract and spreadsheet management
Prospecting and buyer call backs
