Executive – Business Development & Activations – Asterisk Solutions

The Executive BD & Activations will lead and oversee the development and growth of profitable new business; develop and maintain effective key customer relationships as well as ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities.

Job Description
Plan & Execute focussed activations for the clinics (Camps, CMEs, Road Shows, and Patient Education Programs etc)
Create a plan around business development by initiating strategic tie-ups/corporate tie-ups for each clinic.
Carrying out market research through industry contacts, publications, trade events, news to identify ideas for growth
Reach out directly or through partners to target prospective business deals
Filter out high potential deals by analyzing business strategies, opportunity requirements / pre-requisites / financials, and internal priorities
Design the best negotiating strategies by considering the risks and rewards, and keeping in mind the counter-parties preferences & goals
Lead the negotiation to close the deal and draw in resources from within the company to make it happen
Manage all contractual requirements and align the end result with the company’s internal operations and capabilities
Constantly keep upgrading your business development techniques, and help in enhancing the company knowledge base by participating in training and educational initiatives
As the face of the organization, you will also help in building the brand of the company in the industry, vendor and customer community
Create budget for the activations and calculate payback period
Ensuring effectiveness of the program by personally monitoring the events
Create and execute the plan for sectors such as banking, IT, manufacturing, and schools for wellness programs for their employees.

Able to provide quality leadership to a team of sales people.
Strong communication and IT fluency.
Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems.
In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations.
Excellent time management and organization.
2-3yrs of working experience as a Sales & Marketing executive in health care industry.
