We are on the lookout for dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic graduate team members to fill the following roles

Reporting to the LaunchPad Programme Manager, the health officer will be responsible for all the health programs. This position is based in Njabini, Kenya. The applicant must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in project cycle management.
• Degree in public health, or health related field
• Experience in implementing health projects.
• Experience in designing and implementing youth and pre-teen health activities
• Experience in dynamic, fast paced problem solving and awareness creation initiatives
• Experience as an advocate on teenage reproductive health issues, either at a policy level or within an organization
• Experience in reproductive health programming (desirable).
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office package
• Ability to design, implement and monitor effective project cycle management and monitoring and evaluation best practice
• Confident presenter analytical ability and a creative thinker
• Understanding of, and ability to write and edit funding proposals and reports
• Fluency in both written and spoken English, with exceptional writing and presentation skills
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Ability to manage a very heavy and fluctuating workload
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with adolescents and teens.
• Up-to-date Children’s Check and National Police Check (Cert of Good Conduct)
