Job summary
the incumbent will be based in Nairobi, with frequent travel to program site, this position will be part of care Nederland Finance team reporting to the Finance Director in Hague. The finance specialist role will be, budget proposal and development, financial process monitoring, capacity building of finance teams for program sites, overseeing financial reporting portfolios amongst other duties. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor degree in finance or its equivalent at least three years in the field of financial in European Funded Project Management in developing country; proper knowledge and experience with international donors; proper knowledge of English both written and spoken; good working knowledge of Dutch ministry of Spanish/French will be an added advantage.
