Salesperson – Powwater – Nairobi

Responsibilities:
Selling Powwater products and services
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Meet and/or exceed quotas

Minimum Qualifications
This is well-suited for those with 1-3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be:
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in field sales
A self-starter that understands an entrepreneurship journey and does not back away from a challenge
Excellent organization and time management skills; experience working in a high-paced environment
High motivated
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of CRM systems and use of mobile applications

Required skills and competencies
Determination and self-drive to achieve success
The ability to work with a team, follow instructions, and great understanding of fill sites and the water industry.
Bachelor’s degree in a related area is desired but not required
A well-versed communicator at all organizational levels, with strong oral and written skills; required fluency in English and Kiswahili
Strong organization and time management skills, rigorous, analytic and details oriented, creative and innovative thinking
