Duties and Responsibilities
The job holder is responsible for managing company own properties both owned and rented around the country.
Responsible for rent collection, record keeping, control of management expenses and preparation of monthly cost analysis reports.
Conduct office space reviews for all our branches to ensure consistency in office setup and designs.
Preparing annual budgets for rental income, rental expenses, office licenses and other property related expenses.
Conduct rent surveys and review in liaison with property valuers.
Preparation of lease agreements in collaboration with the Company lawyers
Preparation of regular inspection report on the state of buildings and company properties in general.
Ensure all company property is properly insured.
In charge of repairs and maintenance of all fittings and fixtures in the premises. Preparation of estimates for repairs and alterations and simple drawings regarding the same.
In charge of all service contracts which include OSH Services, Lifts, Fumigation, gardening, security and cleaning services.
Ensure that the company is compliant with the relevant legislation e.g. Local Authority By-Laws, Public Health Act, Occupational Health and Safety etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Land Economics or Real Estate Management.
3yrs working experience in property management.
