ROLE DESCRIPTION
Ability to develop concepts via software/by-hand ensuring that color, text,
font style, imagery, and layout align with direction of project
Having an understand of current and historical business market a plus
Ability to test graphics across multiple media to ensure final graphics/layouts are appealing and in tune with project theme
Understand the importance of privacy & security while uploading procedures when interacting with content management systems
Client sensitivity to intellectual property must be priority at all times
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on a wide range of materials that include web pages, presentations, internal communication, newsletters, etc
Use their excellent communication and time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven graphic design experience with strong portfolio
BS/BA in Graphic design Design, Fine Art, or equivalent experience
3+ years experience (freelance and professional) with design software (ie Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc)
Knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, WordPress and content management systems a big plus
Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for aesthetics and details
Proficiency in time-management and communication to make deadlines
