Administration & HR Manager – Oceans Alive Foundation – Nairobi

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, efficient, and thorough Administration and HR Manager to join our team. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative and HR-related tasks are performed accurately and on time, playing a critical role in the smooth running of the entire organisation.

Expected Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be a strategist, a hands-on leader, and an exemplary manager, with at least 5 years of experience in an administrative or HR management role.
They will oversee a professional team of specialists and ensure they deliver outstanding results.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will have experience with
HR-related tools, as well as a strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.
