General Manager – Nairobi – Covenant Executives

Job Description:
Responsible for interacting with the executive management team regarding daily sales, marketing campaigns, and any other information the regional manager requires.
Developing organizational goals and policies with the company’s executive management.
Represent the company within industrial and professional events.
Supervising the marketing company(s) to ensure that all marketing campaigns are executed in a timely manner within Kenya.
Responsible for ensuring online presence of each brand is accurate and up to date and to coordinate with the marketing company(s) to agree on creative content for online marketing and social media posts.
Coordinating with government agencies (e.g. the Pharmacy and Poisons Board, KenTrade etc.) to obtain any approvals for marketing campaigns and/or new product registrations.
Direct supervision of the following departments: sales & marketing, accounting and after-sales service.

Candidate Profile: Ideal candidate should have the necessary qualifications for the role with at least 2 or 3 years relevant experience.

Successful candidates will show exceptional leadership qualities and have excellent communication skills, with an ability to be organized and analytical.

Anticipated start date: Immediately.

Duty station: Nairobi.
