Champion development and Implementation of a comprehensive and innovate strategy for the land business unit.
Deliver negotiated land unit returs as per BoardRisk Appetite guidelines and Investment Policy.
Stakeholders management in land investment investment.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
Undergraduate Degree in either Building Economics,Land Economics,Project managements or any related field.
A post graduate degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
MUST be registered with a relevant professional bodies.
