Inviting Bids for Filming and Production – Nairobi – Aga Khan Development Network

Background
WellbeingNET is an initiative of the AKDN Workplace Wellness Programme. It equips Wellness Champions within participating agencies and companies with blended learning materials which they can use to deliver and facilitate high-quality wellness sessions, and provides volunteers a platform to share experiences.
The AKDN Workplace Wellness Programme is inviting bids for the filming and production of three Wellbeing NET video modules (workplace stress, stress management and substance abuse) and one promotional video on the benefits of Wellbeing NET.

Deliverables
1. 3 seven-to-ten minute high-quality videos on workplace related stress, stress management and substance abuse.
2. 1 one-to-three minute high-quality video sharing testimonials of the benefits of Wellbeing NET
3. All editable audio-visual and digital files and any other data produced by the Consultant as a result of this assignment. The files should be saved in an external hard drive provided by Aga Khan Foundation East Africa (AKFEA).
AKFEA retains full rights to all footage filmed.

Application procedure
Applicants are required to submit the following:
• An expression of interest, stating why you consider your firm suitable for the assignment, brief methodology on the approach and timeline for implementation of the assignment;
• Personal CVs of technical personnel proposed for this project highlighting qualifications and experience in similar projects;
• Links to past related work;
• Work references – contact details (e-mail addresses) of referees (firms for whom you’ve produced similar assignments); and
• Financial proposal indicating consultancy fee and a breakdown of expenses related to the assignment.
