Sales Executive – Agriculture Products / Tractors – Tata International Ltd

Requirements
Must have a Bachelors or Diploma degree in agri-business management/sales with minimum 3 years experience in sales
Sales Executive – Construction equipments:-
Must have a Bachelors or Diploma degree in Mechanical/Business Management in Marketing with minimum 5-8 years experience in construction Machinery/equipment,

Duties:
Develop and continuously evaluate sales/marketing strategy for ICE Products/; Sales of batching plants, Concrete Pump, Excavators, Graders, Wheel Loaders, Backhoe Loaders, Concrete Mixers etc.
Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all machinery and equipment/
Monitor competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management accordingly.
Work against set targets and continuously evaluate performance.
Maintain sales management information for all customers in Kenya.
Monitor trends in Construction industry such as machinery demand patterns and timely communicate to management.
Conduct new equipment field demonstrations and other related marketing activities.
Maintain current knowledge of machinery and equipment values.
Maintain current knowledge of financing options available to customers upon purchase of machinery/equipment.
Daily/Weekly report of sales
Attend applicable sales training events/seminars.

Desired Profile
Must have sales/marketing exposure
Knowledge of construction industry in Kenya
Ability to work flexible hours
Excellent customer relationship skills
Good negotiation skills and Good technical knowledge etc.
