Sales Executive – Longonot Gate Development

Position Summary: Build business by identifying and selling residential and commercial plots to prospective buyers by creating and maintaining relationships with clients.

Key Tasks
Identify business opportunities; researching and analyzing sales options
Selling products by establishing contacts and developing relationships with customers
To deliver sales of the company product as per the targets to be given
Conducting sales presentations, site visits when selling the company products
Preparation of daily workplan,weekly targets and weekly reports
Managing Debtors and collection of the same.

Job Specification
Diploma in sales and Marketing
Must have at least 1year experience working in a real estate setup.
Good communication and customer service skills
Good standard of grammar (written and verbal)
Attention to detail
Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales.
The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.
Highly self motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.
Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.
should have some work experience in facing the customers
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Contributes to team success – actively participates as a member of the team to ensure the team moves towards the completion of its goals.
