Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team. The Senior Business Developer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Role and Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients and business partners through market research and industry networking
Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company to achieve revenue targets
Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners through regular communication and follow-up to achieve long-term partnerships
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and presentations
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing

Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Strong understanding of the influencer marketing industry and its evolving landscape
Proven track record of generating new B2B sales and driving revenue growth
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-starter with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any other related field.
High degree of integrity and professionalism
