Leadership – Work alongside Operations Manager to lead a team of operations associates. Manage the team’s performance and KPIs. Ensure the team is highly motivated with ANDO values and culture in their DNA.
Outlet performance – Work closely with COO and Operations Manager to own the metrics for the outlet – weekly/monthly revenue, food cost, packaging cost, gross profit, delivery time, prep time, orders with issues % etc.
Crazy about guest experience: Managing order communication and dispatch to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time. One of our key KPIs is stellar guest experience. We go the extra mile to ensure every guest receives an amazing experience – consistent food quality, less than 30 minutes delivery time and excellent food packaging.
Inventory management/stores: Managing the outlet store and ensuring there are no stock-outs.
Quality Check: Working closely with branch culinary lead to ensure QC process for food is followed regularly and ensuring our food is consistently rated amongst the best in the country.
Delivery Operations: Manage the team of courier partners for the location and ensure no order is delayed due to shortage of courier supply. Also ensure the supply/demand is at the optimal levels.
3+ years work experience in the F&B industry at restaurants such as ArtCaffe, Java House etc
