Administration Officer – Corporate Staffing – Nairobi

Duties and Responsibilities
Complying with administrative services and policies and procedures;
Ensuring general cleanliness in offices is undertaken;
Supervising allocation of office accommodation;
Ensuring provision of office equipment and materials;
Ensuring bills are paid;
Coordinating development and updating of office equipment and furniture inventory;
Coordinating implementation of service delivery initiatives;
Facilitating meetings, conferences and other special events;
Managing transport;
Ensuring general maintenance is undertaken;
Generating administrative reports on repairs and maintenance.

Person Specification
Bachelors degree in Business Administration; Office Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
Proficiency in computer applications
